Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience (education/sales field preferred)
- Age: 24 – 35 years
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Office, and administrative tasks
- Experience in cold calling and sales is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries (telephonic and walk-in)
- Tele-calling and counseling parents on training programs
- Coordinate between teachers and parents
- Manage student enrollment forms and records
- Send marks and reports to parents
- Report to senior center managers
- Manage petty cash and recover unpaid fees
- Follow up on bounced cheques
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
